A residential appraisal is a licensed appraiser's independent opinion of a property's market value, required by lenders for conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM mortgage transactions. Home Base manages the full lifecycle — order intake, assignment, communication, and delivery — through our proprietary AppraisalDesk platform and a nationwide panel of locally vetted appraisers. Standard product forms include the URAR (1004), 1073 (condo), 1075 (exterior-only), 2055, and the GSE 1004 Desktop.
