A licensed appraiser completes a full valuation analysis using verified third-party data — no property visit required. GSE-eligible for qualifying transactions under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Value Acceptance + Property Data
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can waive the traditional appraisal for eligible loans — but they may require a Property Data Report (PDR) to confirm the collateral. We manage the full submission workflow.
