Compliance you can actually verify
SOC audited. PCI compliant. Licensed in all 50 states. Committed to Appraiser Independence Requirements and active bias mitigation. Not claims — documented, audited standards you can hold us to.
What compliance means here
SOC Audited
We undergo annual third-party SOC audits (SSAE 18 / SOC 2) covering security, availability, and processing integrity — ensuring your data is handled by a provably trustworthy partner.
PCI Compliant
Full PCI compliance for all payment processing — protecting cardholder data across every transaction, managed and audited to current PCI DSS standards.
Licensed in All 50 States
Active AMC licenses in all 50 states — maintained, renewed, and in good standing. No coverage gaps, no routing workarounds. We operate legally in every market we serve.
Appraiser Independence (AIR)
We adhere to the Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR) in every engagement. Lender communication is managed through compliant channels, and appraisers are protected from inappropriate influence at every step.
Bias Mitigation
Our QC reviewers are trained to flag patterns that may indicate bias in comparable selection or geographic adjustments. We actively support PAVE action plan principles and maintain a commitment to equitable appraisal practices.
State-Licensed Appraisers Only
Every appraiser on our panel holds a current, valid state license or certification for their jurisdiction — verified at onboarding and on renewal, along with E&O insurance of at least $1 million.
Who's on our panel — and why it matters
An AMC is only as compliant as the appraisers it assigns. We vet every appraiser before they join our panel — and re-verify on renewal. Geographic competence, credential status, FHA approval, and E&O coverage are all checked and on file.
View the full list of states where we hold active AMC licenses, or visit the Appraiser Independence page for details on AIR compliance.
Compliance shouldn't be an assumption
